- Fluency in English language (both verbal & written) is a must
- Previous experience in sales for at least 1 year, preferably international sales
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- High focus on customers and their needs
- Understanding of small and medium businesses
- University Diploma

- Handle communication with broad range of business customers and build high level of client trust
- Understand the need of the customer and propose the best solution
- Represent the company in a professional manner and achieve company goals
- Provide information on product features and functionalities
- Collaboration with technical teams if needed
- Help customers with the billing plans
