Candidate profile
a. +2 years experience as Componet engineer
b. + 4 years of experience in electronics manufacturing
c. University degree in technical field (Electronics, Telecommunication)
d. Customer orientation and ability to collaborate with other functions and third party
e. Advanced English Skills
f. Excellent communication skills
g. PC literate - MS Office (Excel)
h. High level of commitment, responsibility and decision-making capacity

Main areas of responsibility:

A. Quality improvements, weight reduction, cost reduction, and efficiency improvement:
a. Perform site reviews of customers’s AML (Approved Manufacturer List) and make changes reguired by customer in the systems
b. Participates in supply chain risk analisy with imput in AML
c. Validates AML in an effective manner. Analyze, verify and maintain AML.
d. Ensures 100% accuracy of technical data and comply with the description from the customer and requirements from production.
e. Ensure specific parts used in manufactured products and systems are reliable and effective
f. Participate in the design, assembly, and testing of components to make sure they meet the company's specifications for quality and performance
g. Support initiatives to improve internal processes
h. Identify and recommend alternatives to components and suppliers;
i. Recommend flexible purchase options
j. Suggest use of components for different projects
k. Distribute notifications of changes to processes/products coming from manufacturers of components
l. Ensure that the transfer of components from a project/customer to another, to cover a deficit situation, is made in accordance with predetermined rules and customers requirements/agreements
