Automotive Product Engineer

In urma cu +8 ani investitia noastra de tip greenfield isi facea simtita prezenta entuziasta in Timisoara, iar astazi, suntem un competitor de renume în industria EMS: calitate, durabilitate, tehnologie si adictie pentru rigurozitate si creativitate in acelasi timp!

Candidate profile - experience, studies and personal traits
• + 4 years’ experience as Product engineer
• + 2 years’ experience in Automotive industry
• + 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing
• Technical studies (Faculty is minimum) and trainings
• Logical and full cycle thinking
• Analytical and synthesis abilities
• Excellent communication skills: technical flow, communication with various roles
• Excellent ability to transpose thinking into actions
• English: advanced level
• PC literate

Performance perspective
0->6 month
• Understand company, projects, transfer plan and actions, start-up stage with o focus on AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCTS understanding and specifications
• Important part of CORE Engineering Team
• Actively involvement into project transfer and implementation (product area, with specific tasks)

+6 month
• product engineer owner, full responsibilities:
a) product making process and conformity
b) product changes
c) customer contact
• set-up role in relationship with other roles in own and other departments (e.g. Operations)
• this role will have the opportunity for own career path (e.g. will be evaluate the leadership potential and development path)
