Essential Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience with SCCM/SMS/ Marimba/ LANDesk/ Altiris etc.
- Excellent hands on troubleshooting skills
- Detail oriented, customer oriented, result delivery oriented, analytic thinking, confortable working on repetitive tasks

Desirable Requirements:

- Degree in a technical field (preferred)
- Microsoft Certifications, especially SCCM Certification is highly desired

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with the Global Dell SCCM team, the business, application owners and IT infrastructure team to identify delivery requirements
- Develop and implement software license management process (inventory, usage and procurement reconciliation)
- Monitor and notify Customer regarding newly released security related bulletins and related applicable security Patches
- Monitor Patch Distribution status, perform root cause analysis and develop fixes for distribution errors
- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues regarding software and patch distributions
- Insure quality and timeline delivery of customer requirements
