Mandatory Skills:

- Business level English – verbal and written.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good sense of execution, deadlines and quality levels.
- Ability to work within a team environment and to contribute and document creative ideas.
- Good eye for “in-game” quality and strong focus on the end-user experience.
- Overall problem solving & results orientation. Understand risks and constraints, but maintain the ability to take decisive action within agreed boundaries, when required.
- Ensure that your line managers have visibility and awareness of all project-impacting issues.
- Passion for sports, particularly Football.
- Maturity, integrity, application & commitment

Nice to Have:

- Good knowledge of club and international football.
- Experience with mobile and free-to-play games.

Educational Requirements:

- Must be studying towards Bachelor or Master level degree.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate ideas and updates to immediate team regarding tasks/components.
- Maintain an open mind, listen, learn, question and be pro-active.
- Demonstrate transparency, integrity and maturity in carrying out all assigned project tasks.
- Work to understand the overall product vision, and discover how and why it is competitive.
- Actively participate in brainstorming events and idea generation.
- Edit or implement ideas at the component level as directed.
- Work with lead producers to understand priorities and targets.
- Work to deliver against agreed targets and report results back to lead producers.
- Work with Production and Design team on fleshing out and documenting design ideas.
- Team up with Artists, Project Managers and Software Engineers to prototype and implement features.
- Contributes to team morale & health. Initiate, foster, maintain and manage others toward positive working relationships.
- ASSIGNMENT OF WORK: Receive work in the form of short- and mid-term assignments that sometimes require use of pro-active decision-making outside of established procedures.
- OVERSIGHT RECEIVED: Work is subject to supervisory review at regular intervals. Operate within the context of generally defined procedures and established frameworks.
