Junior Process Improvement Specialist (part-time) F/M - Marquardt

We're looking for a curious, motivated student to join our team. You'll work on live projects, learn from experienced colleagues and see the results of your work used across the organization.

Responsibilities

Process automation

• Help build and test workflows in SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Power Apps, and Power Automate

• Take part in user testing of internal tools

• Document test results, lessons learned, and improvement ideas

AI and Copilot projects

• Test AI agents and help make them more accurate and reliable

• Write and refine prompts for real business situations

• Check AI results against the source data

Process analysis

• Join meetings/workshops and learn how processes work today

• Create process maps and identify improvement opportunities

• Turn your findings into clear, practical recommendations

Knowledge sharing and change

• Write user guides, FAQs and training materials

• Help organize our learning formats AI Espresso and Knowledge Cafe

• Help colleagues adopt new tools and ways of working

Candidate profile

• Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field

• Availability for a part-time schedule (4h / days), flexible in accordance with your schedule

• Strong interest in digitalization, automation and AI

• Work with passion, critical thinking oriented

• Experience with Power Automate, SharePoint, Python or AI is a plus

• A structured way of working and attention to detail

• Clear communication and enjoyment of working with people

• Very good English; German is an advantage
