Team Assistant - Executive & Team Coordination

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Team Assistant in Grid Technologies Product Management (GT PRM), you'll provide administrative and organizational support to the leadership team, alongside supporting internal communications.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Provide administrative and organisational support to the leadership team, including ad hoc coordination tasks.
• Prepare and maintain documents, presentations, and briefing materials using Microsoft Office tools.
• Organise meetings, workshops, and events, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up actions.
• Create purchase orders and manage purchasing activities throughout the entire process.
• Support internal communication activities, including newsletters, team updates, and stakeholder engagement.
• Maintain and update SharePoint content and other team documentation repositories.

What You Bring

• Strong organisational and coordination skills with a structured, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in preparing professional documents and presentations.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage.
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality.
