Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented Senior Data Analyst to join our Data Team. In this role, you will act as a key partner to business stakeholders, translating strategic priorities and operational needs into high-impact reporting and analytics solutions. You will lead end-to-end dashboard development, data modeling, and performance reporting to empower data-driven decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Stakeholder Collaboration & Requirement Gathering: Work closely with business teams to understand their goals, capture reporting requirements, and translate business challenges into clear analytical specifications.

• BI Development & Modeling: Design, build, and maintain production-grade Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and DAX calculations that deliver clear, actionable insights.

• Data Quality & Governance: Ensure data integrity across reporting pipelines, validate metrics against source databases, and maintain documentation for key KPIs and models.

Technical Requirements

Mandatory Skills

• Power BI: Strong hands-on experience in developing end-to-end dashboards, data modeling (star schemas), DAX formulas, and Power BI Service deployment/management.

• SQL: Strong proficiency in writing complex queries, joins, aggregations, and subqueries to extract and analyze data from relational databases.

Nice to Have

• Google BigQuery: Experience querying large cloud datasets and working with cloud data warehouses.

• Power Query (M): Experience building automated data transformation and cleaning workflows.

• Python: Familiarity with Python for data manipulation, automation, or statistical analysis (e.g., pandas, numpy).

Experience & Professional Skills

• 4+ years of relevant experience in data analysis and business intelligence.

• Strong ability to interact with business stakeholders, ask the right questions, and clarify requirements.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.

• Strong problem-solving attitude, attention to detail, and focus on delivering business value.
