Customer Support with Swedish English (REMOTE)

You will work for an international online retailer offering a wide range of fashion, footwear, accessories, and home products under its own brand.

The role focuses on providing B2C customer support via phone and email, helping customers with their orders, deliveries, and returns while ensuring a smooth and positive shopping experience.

What We Are Looking For:

• Advanced (C1) level of Swedish 
• Medium (B2) level of English is also required
• At least 1 year of experience working directly with customers to resolve customer service or technical issues
• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 21:00, and two Saturdays per month, from 10:00 to 16:00 (compensated with 2 days off during the same month)
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Romania
• A friendly, professional, and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and find effective solutions
• Comfortable using standard PC and internet applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing customer support via phone and email
• Assisting customers with placing orders and updating their contact details
• Checking order statuses and providing accurate information
• Supporting customers with delayed deliveries and lost parcels
• Handling return-related inquiries and assisting customers throughout the process
• Troubleshooting customer issues and identifying appropriate solutions
• Following company procedures and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction
• Working with internal teams when necessary to resolve customer inquiries efficiently
