Cerinte

Proficiency in CATIA (required), with experience on the EHI/EHA module;
Experience in mechanical engineering or mechanical design;
Knowledge of electrical installation;
Experience in project management or team leadership is appreciated;
Technical English (reading, writing, speaking) for communication.

Responsabilitati

3D design of electrical harnesses and furniture;
Definition of electrical harnesses (diameter, type of routing, connectors, etc.) inside the aircraft, using the CATIA tool ( EHI/EHA module );
Implementation of FE properties in the model using the Proptool tool;
Definition of the installation elements (support) of the harnesses while respecting the integration constraints (inter-route distance, distances with other systems, grounding…) defined in the rules;
Definition of electrical cabinets in collaboration with the systems teams;
Definition of on-board electrical cabinets (VU), their mechanical structure and their assembly;
Creation of 2D plans and technical documentation;
Creation of 2D installation plans for electrical harnesses and furniture, using CATIA and associated tools;
Definition of installation elements (fixings, supports, etc.) to ensure optimal integration into the aircraft;
Verification of the maturity of the designs and validation of the proposed solutions;
Optimization of existing electrical installations;
Analysis of the existing situation to identify opportunities for simplification and standardization;
Proposal of innovative solutions to reduce the number of configurations while maintaining performance and compliance.
