Requirements

• Critical thinking

• Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
• University degree/diploma (e.g. in Law, Economics etc)
• Knowledge of MS Office suite
• Experience in the Finance and Banking industry environment is a plus
• Fluent in English written and spoken
• Any other language spoken is a plus.

Responsibilities

Normative (Process Governance & Standards):
• Lead the analysis, development, maintenance, continuous improvement of KYC operational
norms, procedures, workflows, and standards in line with the Ayvens Normative and SG Code.
• Own and maintain KYC process documentation, including procedures, work instructions, process
maps, governance frameworks, and operational standards.
• Act as the SME for KYC operational processes and provide guidance on compliance expectations,
process changes, best practices and support efficiency.
• Develop and deliver training to support consistent implementation of KYC requirements.
• Design process swim lanes and process flows.
• Provide guidance to LOD1 KYC stakeholders and the LOD1 Central team.
Tooling (Systems, Digitalization & Continuous Improvement):
• Contribute to improving central tools.
• Harmonize processes and practices through training, roll-outs on the central KYC tool, and tool
enhancements.
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives through the identification of
inefficiencies and implementation of enhancements.
• Support the development and implementation of digital solutions, tools, and systems to improve
operational effectiveness.
• Contribute to the automation of target processes (AI implementation on KYC topics such as
screening hit automation, escalation automation, etc.).
• Assist with digital solutions to enhance process effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager responsible for standardization to ensure business
requirements, controls, and normative updates are appropriately reflected.
• Testing activities: design test cases, perform testing in the central tool, and support entities during
local testing.
• Propose enhancements and discuss with Product team
• Contribute to writing or write business requirements linked to Norms
Ad-hoc Requests / Project & Stakeholder Support:
• Prepare presentations and participate in governance committees and stakeholder meetings.
• Collaborate closely with all Central LOD1 KYC stakeholders / Commerce Ops teams, LOD2 and
D&IT.
• Monitor progress, manage dependencies, and address blockers with relevant stakeholders.
• Support strategic and regulatory initiatives requiring process expertise and operational guidance.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
