We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager to oversee the company’s tax function and drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across our financial operations. If you have strong tax expertise and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset, we’d love to hear from you!

Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Romanian tax legislation;
- Proven experience in tax compliance, tax audits, and interaction with fiscal authorities;
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting;
- Experience working with external auditors and cross-functional teams;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax matters;
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and a structured approach to managing deadlines;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate tax concepts into clear business recommendations.

Responsabilitati

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate tax activities across multiple legal entities, ensuring alignment with Group standards and local regulatory requirements;
- Act as the main point of contact for tax-related matters, partnering with Finance, Accounting, Legal, and operational teams to support business decisions;
- Ensure compliance with all applicable tax regulations, while proactively identifying risks and opportunities for optimization;
Drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of tax processes, internal controls, and governance frameworks;
- Provide strategic tax guidance and accounting support to internal stakeholders across the organization;
- Coordinate relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and authorities, ensuring efficient communication and timely resolution of tax matters;
- Oversee tax registrations, authorizations, and fiscal requirements related to new business activities and entities;
- Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, process improvements, and system implementations impacting tax and reporting activities;
- Lead deferred tax calculations and reporting in line with IAS requirements and Group reporting standards;
- Analyze business operations, revenues, and expenses from a tax perspective, identifying optimization opportunities and ensuring accurate treatment;
- Monitor legislative changes and assess their impact on the organization and Group entities;
- Review complex contracts and transactions to ensure appropriate tax treatment and compliance;
- Review financial statements, tax reporting packages, and statutory declarations prepared for local management and Group reporting purposes;
- Support decision-making by providing clear tax insights, recommendations, and risk assessments to management.
