Commercial Business Partner

A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Commercial Business Partner for Offshore Sales, you will ensure financial transparency, effective cost management and reliable headcount reporting across global functions. You will partner with senior management to drive financial performance, ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing requirements and support informed business decisions.

Beyond operational controlling, you will contribute to our digital transformation by simplifying processes, improving reporting capabilities and driving automation initiatives to reduce administrative effort.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Own budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting for Offshore Sales cost centers, including headcount planning, variance analysis and hourly rate calculations.
• Act as the key finance contact for Offshore Sales leadership, providing financial insights and supporting monthly management reviews.
• Analyze cost structures, identify improvement opportunities and ensure accurate cost allocation and reporting.
• Strengthen master data governance across Cost Centers, WBS Elements, Internal Orders and GL Accounts.
• Ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing requirements, including SLAs, intercompany charging, purchase orders and timely invoicing.
• Oversee accurate time registration and allocation of personnel costs to projects and cost objects.
• Drive process standardization and digitalization, including a pilot project to automate employee time registration.

What You Bring

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or a comparable field.
• At least 2 years of experience in Controlling, Finance Business Partnering or commercial project environments.
• Strong analytical skills and sound knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, cost controlling and financial reporting.
• Hands-on SAP experience; knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx or other automation tools is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of cost allocation, intercompany charging and financial governance.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for process improvement and digitalization.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures.
• High degree of ownership, attention to detail and ability to deliver against deadlines.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
