Business Controller

A Snapshot of Your Day

For Grid Technologies Sales in our Nordic and UK&IE subregions, we are looking for our next Business Controller.

In this role you will be responsible for all the financial activities, specifically Order intake planning, and HC & SG&A planning for the relevant countries within UK, Ireland and the Nordics

You will be working in close collaboration with the Head of Finance, as well as other relevant stakeholders.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Drive the forecasting process for Order Intake within subregion and ensure a high degree of accuracy and transparency on relevant KPIs.
• Manage the forecasting process for Headcounts and SG&A in close collaboration with relevant departments (e.g. HR) and stakeholders within subregion.
• Contribute to the standardization, digitalization, and automation of reporting processes using tools like Alteryx to improve efficiency, transparency, and data quality.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and cycle???based reporting activities, including preparation of key messages and management explanations.

What You Bring

• BA/BS/Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance, with strong knowledge of financial controlling and IFRS.
• Have 5+ years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or Audit, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and reporting requirements.
• Hands???on experience with digitalization tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Excel, supported by a strong digital mindset.
• Knowledge of ERP and finance systems knowledge, ideally SAP/Spiridon and Salesforce
• Show a proactive, dynamic, results???oriented, and hands???on attitude, combined with strong collaboration skills and a team???player mindset.
• Speak English fluently.
