What you will do in this role 

As a Customer Advisor with German and English on our team, you will: 

• Analyze and manage customer requests via chat, email and voice.
• Respond promptly to queries and suggestions
• Provide chat, email and telephone support
• Continue to learn and develop your career through our ongoing training programs

Your qualifications  

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Are proficient in German both written and spoken (native ideal) with intermediate level of English (A2-B1)
• Are proactive, motivated and solution-oriented
• Have good PC skills
• Are available to work in shifts from our office in Timisoara
• Nice to have: passion in sport domain will be an asset
