SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE 





Should have good analytical and technical issue resolution skills.



Nice to have (not mandatory): Alarm Monitoring, Fault Management, Change Management / Configuration Management skills

Other Requirements:





Good communication skills with fluency in Spanish (B1)



Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver high-impact results.

Responsibilities

Should be capable to work in 247 NOC operations.



First level diagnosis of all minor, major, and critical alarms and performance degradations



Responding to an alarm notification to evaluate the impact of the alarm.



Ticket creation, alarm troubleshooting, and closing incident records on Remedy tool.



Managing escalated faults and working in crisis to resolve the faults.



Fault management, problem management, change management and Trouble ticket management.



Troubleshooting of faults. Preparing SOP & Knowledge Transfer to other team members.



Forward ticket to next level like BO but engineer must ensure that pre checks & basic troubleshooting will done & properly be documented in ticket.



Follow and adhere SLAs and KPIs for Network alarms and Customer complaints.
