• Fluent in English
• Minimum Commercial Real Estate knowledge would be a plus
• Power BI / Looker (data visualization & dashboards – nice to have / strong plus)

• Understanding of valuation

Responsabilitati

• Financial modelling of assets, development and investment data for valuation, financing, and internal reporting purposes
• Market research and benchmarking (macroeconomic trends, rental growth, yield analysis, cap rates)
• Preparation of presentations and ad-hoc investor materials
• Execution of business cases, scenario simulations and profitability assessments
• Support in annual budgeting and strategic planning
• Preparation of KPI dashboards and performance scorecards
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Development, Asset Management, Legal, Finance)
