Cerinte

 Experience in NPL, REO, distressed debt or distressed real estate.
 Strong analytical and commercial skills;
 Experience working with international stakeholders across multiple markets;
 Proactive, independent and ownership-driven approach;
 Strong communication and organisational skills;
 Advanced Excel skills and fluent English.

Responsabilitati

 Coordinate with servicers, investment teams, legal partners and local APS teams to ensure effective portfolio management;
 Monitor portfolio performance, risks, opportunities and key developments;
 Support the onboarding of new portfolios and servicers, including SLA implementation;
 Coordinate restructuring, workout and exit activities to support asset value and portfolio performance;
 Prepare performance reports, analysis and investment updates for management and stakeholders;
 Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and controls;
 Maintain accurate documentation and monitor relevant market developments.
