Process Excellence Lead

As Process Excellence Lead, you will combine strong process expertise with hands-on project leadership to improve the effectiveness, consistency and scalability of customer-facing processes across PRM Europe. You will turn business needs and improvement opportunities into practical, sustainable solutions, working across countries, functions and business teams.

You will join a newly established Commercial Excellence team and play an important role in advancing process excellence, continuous improvement and business transformation across the organization.

 In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 

. Lead selected small-to-medium-sized improvement projects from initiation through implementation and benefit realization.

. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risk registers and stakeholder communication plans.

. Coordinate resources and activities across functions, countries and business teams, monitoring progress, risks, issues and dependencies.

. Analyze Quote-to-Cash and other customer-facing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, waste and unnecessary complexity.

. Facilitate AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping and maintain clear end-to-end process documentation, including ownership, responsibilities and hand-offs.

. Drive process standardization and harmonization while balancing common ways of working with local business requirements.

. Translate approved opportunities into structured improvement plans and practical, scalable process changes.

. Support transformation initiatives through process expertise, business readiness and process impact assessments.

. Provide clear project updates to stakeholders and leadership, and help ensure sustainable adoption and realization of anticipated benefits.

 Who You Are: You simplify complexity and convert analysis into practical action. You are structured, collaborative and results-oriented, with the confidence to lead across functions and geographies. You combine disciplined project execution with a continuous improvement mindset and can influence stakeholders in a complex, matrixed organization.
 For This Role, You Will Need: 

. Minimum 5 years' experience in Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Operations or customer-facing process roles.

. Strong understanding of Quote-to-Cash and customer-facing business processes.

. Proven experience managing cross-functional business improvement or transformation projects.

. Strong project planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder management and facilitation skills.

. Experience with process mapping, process diagnostics and structured root-cause analysis.

. Strong ERP knowledge, including SAP or Oracle, and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

. Six Sigma Green Belt certification and proficiency in English.

 Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart: 

. Recognized Project Management certification or knowledge, such as PRINCE2, PMP, AgilePM or equivalent.

. Experience applying formal project management methodologies and governance frameworks.

. Experience managing multiple initiatives in a multinational or complex matrix organization.

. Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI.

. Experience supporting business transformation, change and sustainable adoption.
