Learning & Talent Specialist - Determined Contract

We are looking for a Learning & Talent Management Professional to join our team, focusing on Job Architecture, Skill Management, and related training portfolio.

You will work closely with experts and managers from our organization, and you will be in direct contact with our counterparts from other departments/organizations.

The role is limited for a period of 24 months since the moment of hiring.

• Responsibility over all topics (Job Architecture, Skill Management, Training Portfolio) belonging to a discipline from JF Research & Development;
• Ownership and willingness to develop the organization (by closing identified skill gaps, focusing on definition of measures for our strategic skills, and identifying missing jobs/skills/trainings) with support from our expert committees;
• Utilizing Microsoft Office applications, creation and maintenance of documentation, presentations, and reports, in line with our company requirements;
• Daily communication with our global stakeholders requires and advanced level of English (written and spoken);
• Professional communication and strong cooperation skills;
• Open-minded, reliable, and supportive team player with a positive attitude;
• Sense of responsibility, initiative, and personal organization.

• Educational background in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and integrate data from multiple sources;
• Project management capabilities, including ownership of work packages and coordination across teams;
• Technical proficiency in creating and customizing reports, data objects, and attributes within HR systems;
• Understanding of data quality assurance processes, including testing and validation;
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prepare training materials and documentation;
• Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and cross-functional stakeholders;
• Attention to detail in managing HR master data and executing ad hoc reporting tasks.
