Mid-Level Business Analyst

Responsibilities

What you will do

oPartner with HR stakeholders and business users to understand, analyze, and document business needs and process requirements.
oFacilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution discussions.
oTranslate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
oChallenge and improve existing processes by identifying opportunities for optimization and automation.
oAct as the primary liaison between business teams, support teams, and technical experts.

HR Systems & Oracle HCM
oAnalyze and support enhancements related to Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
oEvaluate impacts of system changes, releases, and patches on business processes.
oParticipate in solution design, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
oSupport data migration, reporting, and integration-related initiatives.
oEnsure solutions comply with HR policies, security standards, and data privacy requirements.

Production & Change Management
oContribute to HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
oCoordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), defect management, and business sign-off activities.
oSupport change management activities by preparing communication and training materials when required.
oTrack project deliverables and ensure alignment between business expectations and technical solutions.
oMaintain accurate process documentation, business requirements, and knowledge repositories.

Collaboration
oWork closely with HR, interface team and support team across multiple countries.
oParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog refinement and prioritization activities.
oSupport decision-making by providing business insights and recommendations.

Profile required

Experience & Knowledge

oMinimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
oExperience working with HR systems, preferably Oracle Fusion HCM.
oStrong understanding of HR business processes, especially Core HR, Absence Management, and Workforce

Administration.
oExperience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.
oFamiliarity with Agile methodologies and project delivery frameworks.
oExperience participating in testing activities (UAT, regression testing, validation).

Technical Skills
oGood understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM functionalities and configuration principles.
oExperience with HCM Extracts, HDL, or similar data management tools is a plus.
oAbility to analyze system behavior and assess business impacts of technical changes.

Language Requirements
oFluent English (minimum B2 level, written and spoken).
oFrench (minimum B1 level) is a plus.
