What you’ll do

• Prepare documents for signature and follow up on the signing process
• Print, scan, and archive documents in both physical files and SharePoint
• Send documents via email to signatories and relevant stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and well-organized physical and digital document records

What you need to be successful

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Economics, Law, Management, or a related field)
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, email, SharePoint, and scanning/printing
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
