More about this role

As a Customer Service Intern at Mondelēz International, you will support the team in managing customer orders and ensuring a high level of service. You will work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Planning teams, gaining insight into how our products reach customers and consumers.
 
Your responsibilities:

• Support the Customer Service team with daily activities and customer orders,
• Cooperate with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics and Planning teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment,
• Support the resolution of customer queries and order-related issues,
• Prepare reports and support data analysis,
• Contribute to process improvements and team projects.

 
What we’re looking for:

• University student or recent graduate, interested in Customer Service, Supply Chain or a related area,
• Good communication skills in English,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel,
• SAP knowledge is a plus,
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn,
• Ability to work effectively in an international and collaborative environment.
