IT Business Systems Analyst – Integration Platform

Euro-Testing Software Solutions is involved in software consulting, having experience of approx. 20 years on the market in Romania and abroad, through specific IT solutions and services offered in the following areas:

• Software Testing (manual testing, testing automation, performance testing, outsourcing, training and certification, etc.)

• Cyber ​​Security

• DevOps/DevSecOps

• Implementation and Customization of Atlassian & OpenText products (MicroFocus) and other niche products/solutions

• AI based Decision Intelligence solutions.

Requirements

•3+ years experience in business & system analysis, preferably with focus on systems integration
•A plus would be to have worked in the banking field, so that there is a business idea of the flows in a bank;•
Knowledge of core banking system, integration, loan application, treasury, etc. helps;
•API’ s Interface knowledge; previous experience in designing interfaces;
•At least medium knowledge of drafting UML diagrams;
•Previous experience with Jira, Confluence applications;
•A plus would be to be familiar with specific SSO/ CIAM concepts: OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, Tokens, MFA;
•Fluent in SQL;
•Previous Agile methodology experience with medium to large number of team members involved;

•Are familiar with middleware concepts and technologies (e.g. APIs, message brokers, ESB, SOA);
•The Middleware platform develops modules for a wide range of projects across a multitude of technologies, so it is necessary to have a continuous openness to novelty and change;
•Have experience with data mapping, data transformation, and system integration projects;
•Are focused on finding solutions;
•Can easily and clearly communicate with business and IT colleagues;
•Can create good work relations based on trust and responsibility;
•Exert ownership of requirements throughout the software development cycle;
•Are a team player, energetic person with a desire to learn and progress;
•Have good presentation skills;
•Good command of English;

Responsibilities

•Transform business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications;
•Analyze the impact of business requirements on the existing systems and overall IT environment;
•Assess feasibility, benefits and risks and provide opinions and recommendations;
•Create User stories and work closely with the development/ testing team members, to implement system requirements;
•Participate in the solution design, support development and testing;
•Maintain specifications up to date throughout the project, operating the approved changes;
•We provide technical and analysis support to BSA colleagues from other teams who collaborate closely with the Middleware team;
•Stay updated on middleware technologies and best practices
