    Requirements

We are recruiting an Engineering On-Site on behalf of our client, a global EPC & O&M provider delivering turnkey utility‑scale solar power plants. As their project pipeline grows, this role will join the on‑site execution team in Arad, supporting engineering coordination and technical oversight for a large‑scale photovoltaic project.

This is a hands‑on, on‑site role, ideal for someone detail‑oriented who wants to grow in technical coordination and quality management within the renewable energy sector. You’ll be the technical backbone of the project — ensuring construction aligns with IFC drawings and specifications, resolving technical issues quickly, and maintaining seamless communication between design teams, construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project management.

    Location: Arad (Grăniceri)
    Full-time, on-site (CIM)
Approx. 2-year project, with extension potential based on pipeline & performance

If you’re ready to support one of Romania’s largest solar developments and contribute to the country’s renewable energy transition, apply now — let’s see if it’s a match.

Solid understanding of construction processes and multidisciplinary coordination
Experience with RFIs, shop drawings, technical submittals, and design review
Ability to interpret complex technical drawings
Strong knowledge of Romanian construction standards and regulations
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
