    As a Maintenance Lead - Industrial Automation, you will lead a team of technical specialists and coordinate maintenance strategies for automated production equipment, working closely with Operations, Engineering, Utilities, and external partners to ensure maximum equipment availability, effective troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes.

    What you'll do

    • Lead preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for industrial automation systems and production equipment, ensuring high availability, reliability, and operational performance
    • Coordinate and develop the maintenance team by setting priorities, providing technical guidance, and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance standards
    • Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies together with Production, Planning, and Utilities teams to optimize equipment performance
    • Monitor equipment performance indicators such as downtime, MTBF, MTTR, and OEE, identifying improvement opportunities and driving corrective actions
    • Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues involving industrial automation systems, including PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, industrial robots, sensors, actuators, OT & iOT and control systems
    • Perform root cause analysis for recurring failures and implement preventive actions to improve equipment reliability and reduce production losses
    • Ensure the execution and quality of preventive and corrective maintenance activities, following technical procedures and company standards
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices in maintenance, automation, and operational excellence
    • Support equipment upgrades, technical improvement projects, and automation initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing downtime
    • Coordinate emergency interventions and ensure effective communication regarding equipment status, production impact, and recovery plans
    • Participate in technical audits and collaborate with internal and external partners to continuously improve maintenance processes

    What we're looking for

    • Proven experience in industrial maintenance within an automated production environment
    • Technical team leadership and coordination experience within manufacturing and industrial operations.
    • Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems, including PLCs - Architecture and Engineering Excellence, HMIs & SCADA - Advanced Engineering, Industrial robots, Sensors, drives, OT & iOT - Digitalization leadership and control systems
    • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and identify effective solutions
    • Experience with maintenance methodologies and continuous improvement practices
    • Strong analytical skills with a structured approach to problem-solving
    • Good communication, organization, and prioritization skills

    Nice to have

    • Experience with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, RCA, or other continuous improvement methodologies
    • Experience with Industry 4.0 initiatives, digital maintenance tools, or equipment monitoring systems
    • Knowledge of Cyber Security & SAP systems
    • Knowledge of industrial networks and communication protocols
    • Experience with automation projects, equipment commissioning, or production line improvements
