Level 1/2 Operations Technicians

Main Mission: ensure daily monitoring of the IS, execution of recurring operations, and initial incident analysis.

Responsibilities

• Supervision (Nagios or Zabbix)
• Alert handling and escalation (ITIL)
• Execution of operational procedures
• Daily checks: backups, capacity, cluster health
• Simple interventions under supervision (restart, minor patching)
• Participation in deployments (support)
