IT Application Manager – Consolidation & Group Reporting

Role Requirements

We are seeking an experienced IT Application Manager to lead and support our Consolidation and Group Reporting systems and processes. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of our consolidation tools and their alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the IT applications supporting Group Consolidation and Reporting, with a focus on OneStream, but also considering Oracle HFM or Oracle EPM Cloud or similar tool.
• Collaborate closely with Finance and Group Reporting teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead application lifecycle activities including implementation, upgrades, maintenance, and support.
• Drive process optimization and automation within consolidation and reporting workflows.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants when needed.
• Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
• Provide training and support to end-users and key stakeholders.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address issues or improvement opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT application management within Finance or Group Reporting domains.
• Strong understanding of consolidation processes, intercompany eliminations, and financial reporting requirements.
• Hands-on experience with OneStream is highly preferred; experience with Oracle HFM or Oracle EPM Cloud or similar products is also acceptable.
• Solid project management skills and experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English.
