Quality Assurance Engineer - Electronic area (F/M) - Marquardt

Responsibilities

• Development of quality concepts for new products, changes and existing production

• Analysis of non-conformities

• Introduction and supervision of quality processes

• Audit specific activities

• Training of employees

• Duties and responsibilities regarding occupational health and safety; duties and responsibilities regarding fire protection

• Meeting the requirements of the management system

Candidate profile

• Higher technical studies (desirable Electromechanic profile)

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field; previous experience in automotive

• Good knowledge of technical drawing, mechanics, electronics, tolerances, calculation of tolerances and automations

• Knowledge of ISO TS 16949

• Knowledge / experience with: FMEA, Control Plan, Ishikawa, QRQC, Pareto Analysis, 8D Report, SPC/MSA

• Knowledge / experience in quality audits

• Conversational English level, German is considered an advantage

• The ability to work independently; work proactively

• Good communication and teamwork skills; good analytical skills; Good presentation skills

• Ability to work under pressure; Ability to track and meet deadlines

• The ability to work in a well-organized and structured system

• The ability to intervene quickly and spontaneously in solving problems
