Your tasks

• Manages the allocated training projects (interna land/or external) according to company's training procedures.
• Ability to convert knowledge into effective implementation, by using system knowledge to understand business processes, gaps and opportunities.
• Ability to ensure the correctness and completeness of training request.
• Provides competent advice to the line manager on suitable training strategies and general conditions on the training market.
• Maintains the Learning Management System (LMS) and training catalogue up-to-dated according with the new training requests.
• Take care of placing new training requests with the specific providers, screens and short lists providers, in alignment with the CoE's, Line Manager and Product Owners.
• Organizes and moderates, when necessary/upon request, demos assessment and trainer validation (internal and external ones).
• Coordinates external partners (e.g. training providers) when necessary.
• Analyzes the training requests, determines eligibility as per OMV Group strategy, clarifies and aligns the learning needs and the objective with the CoE's/Product Owner and Line Manager; assures good communication with the business training requestors during the whole training process.
• Determines the best and most appropriate formal and informal delivery, designs catering and ambiance scheme to fit the program.

Your profile

• University Degree Master in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Project Management.
• Relevant professional experience: > 7 years.
• Advanced training and formal education in training management, including completion of specialized courses relevant to learning, development, and capability-building processes.
• Strong professional educational background in project management, demonstrating the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Project Management certification from a recognized institution, demonstrating mastery of established methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent communication and intercultural collaboration skills;
• Strong verbal and written proficiency in English, enabling effective engagement with diverse stakeholders at all organizational level.
• Constructive, solution-oriented, and proactive problem-solving approach, demonstrating the ability to navigate complexity and drive outcomes.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct, consistently fostering trust and credibility.
• Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, maintaining focus, quality, and resilience.
• Strong willingness to innovate and leverage emerging technologies, actively seeking opportunities to enhance processes and drive continuous improvement.
