HR internship - French & English speakers (F/M) - Marquardt

Join our HR team in Marquardt Business Services in Sibiu for an exciting unpaid internship where you'll learn from experienced recruiters and be involved in real recruitment projects.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment processes and candidate administration

• Screen CVs, schedule interviews and communicate with candidates

• Support employer branding activities and recruitment events

• Assist with recruitment reporting and data analysis (Excel, Power BI)

Candidate profile

• Student in 2nd year in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Foreign Languages or a related field

• Advanced French and English language skills

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

• Valid internship agreement (practice convention) issued by the university

• Availability for an unpaid internship
