Candidate Profile & Qualifications

Essential Technical & Professional Skills
•Experience Level: Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, ideally within Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, or Banking/Financial corporate environments.
•Front-End Expertise (Key Priority): Strong expertise in React and modern front-end architectures (front-end design systems and component work).
•Back-End & API Design: Proficient in JavaScript / Node.js backend development, fluent working with JSON payloads, and experienced in building versioned REST APIs.
•Cloud Infrastructure: Proven experience in Azure deployment (App Services, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, networking, identity).
•AI Awareness: Working understanding of Agentic AI solutions for both development workflows and runtime platform capabilities.
•Data & Database Modeling: Solid background in SQL and relational data modeling.
•CI/CD & DevOps: Experience with GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps, and Bicep / Terraform for IaC.
•Communication & Interpersonal: Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills across senior leadership and project team levels.
•Education: Educated to degree level or professional equivalent.

Nice to Have / Desirable Skills
•Enterprise Platform Integrations: Prior experience integrating SailPoint, Snowflake, or ServiceNow.
•Domain Knowledge: Background in identity, access governance, or enterprise security domains.
•Containerization: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Container Apps, or AKS.
•Auth Protocols & Observability: Familiarity with OAuth, OpenID Connect, App Insights, Log Analytics, or production on-call experience.
•Advanced AI/LLM Implementation: Practical experience in prompt design, tool/function calling, and integrating models via Azure AI Foundry.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
•Teamwork & Engineering: Work as part of a high-performing project team alongside a paired Full Stack Engineer, maintaining a seasoned developer perspective ('NOT looking for vibe coders').
•Full Stack Architecture & Development: Design under the guise of architecture, document, develop, and maintain modern web applications using React for front-end, Node.js for backend APIs, and SQL Server / Azure SQL / Postgres.
•API Design & Systems Integration: Build and consume clean, documented, versioned RESTful APIs. Connect with enterprise systems (SailPoint, ServiceNow, Snowflake), ensuring reliable data pipelines, scheduling, rate-limiting, and token handling (OAuth/PAT).
•Cloud-Native Deployment: Develop and deploy scalable cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure infrastructure (App Services, Container Apps, AKS, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Networking).
•AI & LLM Workflows: Build and integrate AI/LLM capabilities (via Azure AI Foundry and Agentic AI) into platform workflows, smart decision-making surfaces, and automated approval gates.
•CI/CD & Infrastructure as Code: Implement automated delivery pipelines and IaC solutions using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Bicep, or Terraform.
•Quality, Testing & Observability: Own end-to-end service quality, including multi-tier testing (unit, system, end-user, edge cases), code reviews, sprint planning, observability (App Insights, Log Analytics), and production troubleshooting/incident response.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including solution architects, governance leads, UI/UX designers, DevOps, and QA.

Governance, Risk Management & Stakeholder Communications
•Governance Alignment: Work closely with Programme, Portfolio, and Senior Project Managers to ensure strict adherence to Group standards for governance, internal controls, and risk management.
•Risk Mitigation: Continually reassess operational and project-level risks. Act as a risk-mitigating function by monitoring delivery risks, maintaining audit records, and implementing audit points in a timely manner.
•Security Mindset: Maintain a high cyber-security posture—handling identity data, access credentials, and tokens with appropriate care and security controls by default.
•Stakeholder Engagement: Understand the roles, needs, and influence of key stakeholders across Cyber Security and Technology teams. Plan proactive, well-timed communications and build constructive, supportive working relationships.

Role Type: Full Stack Developer (2 x Headcount Positions)
Location: Bucharest, Romania (Hybrid: 2 days/week on-site)
