Continuous Improvement Trainee-1Y FTC (F/M) - Marquardt

This position is designed for students, recent graduates, or early-career professionals who want to build a foundation in Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing. Previous Continuous Improvement experience is not required.

Responsibilities:

• Support Continuous Improvement projects across production and support areas

• Collect, structure and analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities

• Participate in workshops, Kaizen activities and problem-solving sessions

• Assist in monitoring and tracking improvement initiatives and project results

• Support the creation and update of process documentation, standards and visual management tools

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, quality and productivity

• Prepare reports and presentations related to Continuous Improvement activities

• Learn and apply Lean Manufacturing principles and Continuous Improvement methodologies

Profile:

• Student in the final year of studies or recent graduate in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Management or related fields

• Interest in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence or Manufacturing processes

• Curiosity and strong willingness to learn

• Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem solving

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Proactive and organised way of working

• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• English language skills

Nice to have:

• Academic projects, internships or extracurricular activities related to process improvement

• Initial knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Six Sigma or problem-solving methods

• Experience with data analysis or reporting tools
