Senior IT Application - SAP SuccessFactors & Analytics Cloud (SAC) F/M - Marquardt

Responsibilities

• Design and operate integrations between SF EC, SAP HCM/ERP, and third-party applications

• Build and maintain CPI/BTP iFlows, APIs, mappings, and monitoring

• Replace legacy interfaces and establish consistent data contracts and effective dating logic

• Ensure SAC-ready data structures and support model/story creation

• Manage monitoring, error handling, root cause analysis, and stabilization of integrations

• Provide technical governance, documentation, and interface lifecycle management

Candidate profile

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors integrations (EC, Compound Employee, OData/APIs)

• Strong skills in SAP Integration Suite (CPI/CI) and SAP BTP

• Solid understanding of SAP HCM on-prem and Payroll

• SAC knowledge in HR context is a plus

• Analytical mindset, strong problem solving skills, and excellent communication

• Fluency in English; Romanian or German are an advantage

• Enjoy collaborating in international teams and working in modern HRIT environments
