Project Purchasing Trainee - Autoliv

If you think you'll like to manage the following responsibilities at higher standards:

• Support different Purchasing team located in Romania

• Data analysis to support business decisions

• Internal data gathering and consolidation

• Prepare Monthly Management Review templates

• Follow up and present different performance indicators and statistics

• Active member in project cross functional teams

• Prepare Request for Quotation for Project and Category Buyers and follow their status with suppliers

• Direct contact with Suppliers for Project Status follow up Initiate purchase orders for nonproduction materials and equipments- including follow up of budgets vs cost

and if you have/are:

• Technical or Economic University Degree (finalized or ongoing)

• Advanced communication skills in English

• Flexible and adaptable

• Purchasing or other domain experience in Automotive industry is an advantage

• Analytical thinking

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Team work oriented & Embraces cultural diversity

• Organized, agile, committed & motivated person

• Able to handle pressure and meet critical deadlines

• Skilled in MS Office package

• Working program: 8:00-16:30 (full time)
