Responsabilitati

What is GATEWAY?

It is our Trainee Program that will guide you through:
- understanding our business environment and how a multinational company works
- trainings, workshops and sessions with our highly skilled trainers and professionals (5 days/week, 8 hours/day)
- developing your Finance & Accounting knowledge
- improving your German level
Gateway offers you 6 to 8 paid weeks of fun, learning, new experiences and - most important - helps you get a fulltime job at Genpact.
