🎤 10:30 - 11:00  ⎯ Making AI-Assisted Engineering Work in Practice with Cycle-Driven Engineering

AI can dramatically accelerate implementation, but faster code does not automatically result in faster or more valuable software delivery. As engineering execution becomes increasingly automated, the real constraints move into the organization: slow decisions, fragmented ownership, delayed feedback, unclear standards, and dependencies on people outside the delivery team. 
 
Cycle-Driven Engineering is an operating model designed for this new reality. It replaces traditional vertical delivery structures with horizontal, cross-functional delivery PODs, while domain specialists define the standards, boundaries, and decision frameworks within which both humans and AI agents can operate. 
 
In this keynote, we will explain why adopting coding agents without changing the organization around them produces only limited gains. We will explore how companies can reduce decision latency, move knowledge and validation earlier in the delivery cycle, and create an environment in which autonomous execution remains aligned with product, engineering, operational, and customer needs. 
 
The objective is not simply to generate more code or consume more tokens. It is to build an organization capable of converting faster execution into faster learning, better decisions, and measurable business value.

AI is becoming easier to build, integrate, and demonstrate. But in business, a good answer is not enough. The real question is whether people can trust AI enough to act on its output. In this keynote, I will explore Responsible AI from a practical business perspective: how data ownership, ethical use, accountability, risk awareness, and transparency determine whether AI solutions can move from promising prototypes to trusted business tools. Using real work-life reflections from product management, Identity and Access Management, and AI initiatives, I will show why useful AI solutions can still fail when trust and ownership are unclear. The goal is to make Responsible AI simple, concrete, and actionable for teams building AI in real organizations. Participants will leave with a practical 5-question checklist they can apply before launching AI initiatives that may influence business decisions. 

AI has demonstrated remarkable potential in healthcare, but moving from promising research to real clinical impact remains a complex challenge to this day. In this keynote, we will explore how AI can transform medical imaging while examining what it takes to bring AI solutions into everyday clinical practice. Furthermore, we will cover the journey from model development and validation to regulatory approval, workflow integration, and clinician adoption, highlighting why technical performance alone is not enough. This keynote will help attendees gain a practical understanding of the challenges and opportunities involved in building AI that healthcare professionals can really trust and use in their practice. 

 🎤  13:20 - 13:50  ⎯ Leading Products in Silicon Valley from Timisoara: What Actually Matters When AI Writes the Code

For ten years, Ionuț Antiu has led software and product teams for Silicon Valley companies from Timișoara. His teams now ship code that is about 95% AI-generated or AI-verified, with every change reviewed by a human. This session is the view from the leadership seat. AI compresses execution and moves the pressure onto decisions: what to build, on what data, who is responsible when the system is wrong. In that world, leaders who measure only output lose good people within a year, companies that restrict AI lose control over how it is used, and the people and teams who learn fastest win. For the first time, the tools are the same in San Francisco and in Timișoara. The manual is being written right now, and this generation gets to write it.
