What we are looking for:

• Good knowledge of Power BI Desktop, DAX Studio, MS Fabric and experience with data
modeling.
• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data engineering field
• Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse knowledge might
be a plus, but not mandatory
• Strong analytical, communication skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, meet deadlines, and manage multiple
tasks simultaneously
• Collaborative attitude towards working within a development and support team
• Good use of English language (written and speech)

Responsabilitati

We are looking for a Power BI Developer who will be responsible for ongoing operations on the
Business Intelligence department, according to best practices. If you want to work in an
environment where business meets technology, understand clients’ needs and translate them into
BI solutions, then we’d like to meet you!

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable BI reports using Power BI.
• Develop semantic layers and metrics frameworks that ensure consistent definitions and trusted
reporting.
• Translate complex business requirements into intuitive, high-performance analytics solutions.
• Optimize dashboards for usability, performance, and self-service adoption.
• Manage Power BI tool governance, access controls, and usage monitoring.
• Design and maintain analytical data models (fact/dimension tables, star schemas).
• Write advanced SQL for transformations, aggregations, and performance optimization.
• Partner with Data Engineering to improve data pipelines, table structures, and refresh
strategies.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting layers.
