Job Description

• Updates training details in AUMOVIO's Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors);
• Organizes / schedules classes in AUMOVIO's Learning Management System (SAP SuccessFactors);
• Books resources, ensures event preparation (e.g. guest speakers, trainer briefing, participant list, materials, facilities, technical equipment);
• Handles bookings, cancellations and communication with 3rd parties (e.g. trainers, hotels, event locations)
• Tracks participation status and manages participants;
• Documents status (e.g. status "learning successfully completed")
• Initiates CEOS process centrally (if applicable);
• Collects, consolidates and reports learning KPIs, feedback and effectiveness measurements.

Qualifications

• University studies ongoing;
• Advanced English language skills;
• Well developed communications skills, virtually and in person;
• Customer focus and quality orientation;
• Good planning and organizing skills;
• Intercultural Competence;
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel experience including creating pivot reports, VLOOKUPS, and charts/graphs will be a plus.
