    Job title: S&S Trainee CEE
     
    Location: Bucharest, Romania
     
    The trainee reports to the CSS (Controls Solutions and Services ) Manager (Philips Lighting)
     
    1. Scope of the role:
    • 1 year program on Philips contract – full-time job
    • Department: Philips Lighting - Solutions and Services (Professional Lighting)
    • The trainee will be working closely with the Lighting electrical & design Team (that we are currently building ) and also with the CSS Manager
    • The trainee will have a buddy guiding their activity
    2. Key areas of responsibility:
    • Delivering turn-key lighting projects, mostly for b2b - our clients are big retailers, warehouses, office buildings etc
    • The learning experience of the trainee
    • The trainee needs to develop the abilities necessary to become a fully pledged employee within Philips
    • Support CSS team.
    • To support CSS strategy and build CSS competencies
    • Support CSS team by actively joining them and taking part in the daily routine
    3. Key deliverables (project scope)
    • For these projects there are legal requirements regarding works and services on the electrical installations - company must be certified by a Romanian Authority (ANRE – Romanian Authority for Energy). The company must also have a ISO9001 quality management in place, with integrated modules dedicated for the project implementation.
    • Therefore, main tasks will be preparing the documentation and support the necessary steps in getting the ISO9001 certification for Lighting from ANRE Romania authority.

    • Technical background (preferably University degree in area of electro-technics, energy, management of energy resources, etc)
    • Fast learner
    • Attention to details

    • From Bucharest / willing to relocate
    • Programming knowledge & experience is a plus
    • Languages:
      • Fluent English
      • Romanian (native language);
      • other SEE languages would be a plus: Serbian
