We are looking for a QA Tester who brings strong expertise in application and process validation, with the ability to assess software quality through both manual and automated testing. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our business solutions by creating and executing well-structured test plans and strategies.

This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to validate complex systems —and ensure they meet functional, business, and user expectations. We value individuals who are curious, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in testing complex products/applications and ability to quickly identify and execute Functional and business scenarios
• Experience and ability to track and report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, defects discovered and their status, etc.
• Experience in using defect tracking tools such as ADO, TFS, Jira, etc.
• Experience with Test Plans and Test Cases
• Good communication skills, working with a broad range of people, including Product Owners, Developers & Product Support
• Good use of English language (comprehension, written and speech)
• Positive approach to problem solving with a ‘can do’ attitude
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to assess priorities and manage time accordingly
• Fast learning capability, ability to adapt quickly and to understand end user experience regarding the software applications

Responsabilitati

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Creating and maintaining Test Plans based on the requirements
• Documenting Test Cases to meet the desired test coverage goals
• Own responsibility for testability and test infrastructure
• Executing the most effective manual or automated testing solutions, to cover all aspects of Web, Mobile and Client Server testing
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development team
• Following and enhancing developed testing methodologies
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Encourage an environment in which high quality services are delivered through fostering adherence to system documentation, continually seeking improvements in the way in which design and development work is undertaken and leading by example
