Responsabilitati
• Contacting corporate clients to obtain information regarding Taxes Payment recovery for the previous year.
• Preparing files with data obtained from clients and sending them to the authorized department for validation.The role also involves contacting corporate clients to recover debts, taking inbound calls for customer care activities and processing requests from clients via email.
• The job involves working with Excel spreadsheets and having experience in the financial-banking field.
• Submit regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.
