Degree in petroleum engineering or similar.
0-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the petroleum/ oil & gas industry.
Knowledge of Best Practices in drilling activities.
Very good communication skills.
Knowledge of English language.
Computer literacy.

Assist in the preparation of the list of expected materials need for the following year based on drilling schedule
Keep records of bit performance
Support in the checking of the detailed well design and cost
Assist the drilling team for control of work progress and related payment requests of involved parties
Support Drilling team and P&E team in archiving project related documents Facilitate the team to issues purchase requests in SAP for all the services and materials required by the Asset drilling projects
Makes reservations of materials in SAP for the upcoming Asset drilling projects together with the Drilling Project Engineer
Issues the Service Entry Sheet for the operations done together with the Drilling Project Engineer
Receives the invoices from all contractors that provide services or materials to the Asset drilling projects
Supports the checks the validity of the invoices against the detailed activity reports that accompany the invoice
Assists in the collection, storage and archiving of all project relevant information and documentation is properly in one designated place
Supports the administration of all relevant information in internal documents to keep the top management posted.
