Cerinte

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT related field
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel - pivot tables, lookups, sorting, counts
• Ability to produce documentation using the MS Office suite of products
• Strong communication, computer and analytical skills
• Strong initiative and problem solving skills
• Good oral and written English
• Preferred but not mandatory:
• Experience with IT Asset management (hardware or software) and asset tracking tools (Remedy, AssetCenter)
• Familiarity with IT hardware (PCs, servers, networking and telecom equipment)
• Familiarity with software licensing compliance principles
• Procurement (purchasing) experience

Responsabilitati

'- Administer the Asset Life-cycle processes
- Manage asset data in the form of physical assets, software assets, leases and contracts, ensuring attributes are updated as a result of adherence to the Asset Management Processes & Procedures for both ad-hoc and bulk updates
- Ensure the data standards are maintained within the asset management repository
- Respond to asset management queries from clients or company's staff (communication with different teams abroad)
- Understand basic fundamentals of asset tools used to respond to non-technical questions on capabilities, such as reports, general asset management solution particulars such as standard fields, integration points & general configuration
- Work with Procurement teams, Lessors, Finance & Admin teams, Delivery teams, Project teams to provide asset data
- Prepare weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports as required by the client
- Identify and escalate any asset process which may negatively impact the short/long term asset management objectives
