Requirements

•Fluency in spoken as well as written English language;
•Knowledge of French or German language is a plus;
•Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Windows OS and Microsoft Office products;
•Recent and relevant experience on desktop troubleshooting;
•Basic network troubleshooting including TCP/IP utilities;
•Experience with remote OS deployment;
•Preferably MCP Windows 7 certification;
•Customer focused;
•Effective face to face communicator;
•Team player;
•Proactive.

Responsibilities

•Responsible for local administration and support of Windows workstations in Toluna Domains;
•Configure and support various commercial software like MS Office, SQL Client etc. ;
•Maintain IT inventory and update inventory list accordingly;
•To handle all the tickets assigned by IT Support Center in timely manner;
•Escalate issues to senior member team as appropriate;
•To conduct a quarterly desktop audit to ensure that desktop PCs are configured as per Toluna IT Policies;
•Coordinate with external vendors for various purchases, support issues.
