Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Economic Engineering preferably)
• Entry/Middle level experience
• Advanced English commands
• Professional technical knowledge
• PC knowledge: MS Office, SAP, AutoCAD
• Advanced problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops plans and detailed phases of the technological operation flow and establishes the processes parameters;
• Elaborates the human resources planning for the specific production process and operations;
• Participates and follows the stage of the project plan investments;
• Draws technical specifications of equipment and materials;
• Runs the negotiation process with suppliers to assure the optimal investment;
• Provides technical support during trials and draws documentation to homologate the acquisition;
• Develops work instructions of the process and provides training programs;
• Calculation of the economic efficiency to decrease transformation costs;
• Performs TPM activities follow up and Six Sigma projects.

Objective: you perform a range of activities to increase technological processes capabilities and assure production efficiency. You elaborate and update technological processes framework based upon regulation and investment projects plan, to support production planning outcomes
