Madga Tanasa, Finance & Accounting Manager and Career Coach

With more than 12 years of experience in Finance and Accounting industry, Magda has an extensive experience in a wide range of processes and projects. She joined the Accenture Operations team six years ago. After three years of coordinating complex projects Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report areas, she took on a new challenge - to guide the professional journey of the accounting experts and help them build fulfilling career and maximize their potential.

Andra Nita, Finance & Accounting Specialist and Career Coach

Andra joined the Accenture team more that 10 years ago as a Finance and Accounting novice and for the next eight years she took on a series of activities and responsibilities, such as Finance and Accounting Officer, Project Manager, Trainer, Service Delivery Ops Specialist, that helped her achieve all the career goals she had set. Then she took on a different type of role: Career Counselor for the Accenture Operations Finance professionals. Now Andra is coordinating the program that prepares the future Team Leaders for F&A area and can use coaching methodology to help others discover their potential and find the motivation to achieve their goals.
