Requirements

• you speak English and another European language,
• you have a technical university background
• and a passion for troubleshooting and support,

we would be thrilled to have you join our Oracle Hardware Support (SUN Systems Technology Service Center) Internship program.

Responsibilities

• You will be working in one of the largest multinational companies in the IT industry and experience firsthand how the individuals and teams interact in such an environment.
• You will have access to technical and product trainings that will allow you to “taste” what is like to be a hardware support engineer.
• You will practice hands on troubleshooting and analysis of real customer cases via job shadowing and guided supervision from our support engineers and managers and allow you to interact with colleagues and customers trough out the world spanning all cultures and industries.
