    Essential Job Responsibilities

    You will accurately gather, analyse, process, and communicate internal/international assignment related compensation data.
    Research and compile data used to produce compensation related analysis, such as market calibration
    Provide support for the annual compensation cycle for bonus and salary review, including collation of the supporting data for the calculations, creating the Excel sheets used to calculate the annual bonus and salary review
    Maintain compensation insights, gathering a pay overview including salary scales and bonus plans.
    Reconcile data ensuring 100% accuracy
    Build and maintain reports, working with large amounts of data
    Respond to questions raised by clients
    Miscellaneous project support: project management support - setting up meetings; tracking progress, etc. or preparing data & files for more comprehensive analyses.
    Job Specific Competencies

    We are looking for an analytical individual with excellent Excel skills and attention to detail.

    Ideally you will either have previous experience in an analytical role, working with payroll, HR, tax or financial data, or you will have a relevant degree (e.g. Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, International Business, Human Resources Management)



    Responsabilitati

    You will also need to have a strong grasp of Excel, including formulas and formatting functions such as V-lookup and pivot tables.

    Language skills would also be an advantage, though not essential.

    Full time position, 40 hours per week, flexible schedule, 2-3 days per weeks will require a schedule from 12:00-20.00
