    Requirements

    • Strong documentation and communication skills
    • Advanced English skills
    • Fluency in one of the following: French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Italian will be a strong plus;
    • Basic understanding of Operating Systems, hardware environments, software, networking, Oracle products and how they work in a customer environment
    • Be able to work both independently and in team environment
    • Excellent research and problem solving skills
    • Strong attention to detail and mathematical aptitude
    • Solid analytical and decision making skills
    • Demonstrated proficiency with e-mail,Word, Excel and Internet
    • Knowledge of Oracle applications is a plus
    • Undergraduates in computer science or economical field are preferred.

    Responsibilities

    • Analyze and input in Oracle systems contract terms and conditions related to:
     PeopleSoft Licenses;
     Campus Licenses
     End of Term Licenses
     Unlimited License Agreements
     Employee / Revenue Based Enterprise Agreements
     Any other types of contracts, on request;
    • Work with global LMS team members on various involvement functions.
    • Interact with the Oracle Sales teams to clarify various contractual aspects
    • Be knowledgeable with Oracle’s business practices and the current licensing metrics
    • Develop comprehensive & accurate research of Customer contracts, Installed Base, and OKS (Reports & Original Paperwork).
    • Perform various customer and contract analyses as indicated by the team manager
    • Act as an analytical professional
    • Provide front line support to the Global LMS team members
